A Trans-Denominational Spiritual Community
Namaste! Paz! Shalom! Ami! Welcome to Agape in South Africa!
Here are some things you should know about our spiritual community:
- We meet every Sunday Morning at 10:00 am for Meditation / 10:30 am Service in Wynberg, in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Meditation starts promptly at 10:00 am so please arrive early as we normally close the doors once the meditation starts. If you miss the meditation, no problem, just catch up with us at the Service. - We are a Trans-denominational Spiritual Community. That means we include the teachings of the major spiritual traditions and supplement them with the latest scientific research done by current spiritual evolutionaries such as Rev. Michael Beckwith, Greg Braden, Debbie Ford, Neil Donald Walsch, David Hawkins, Ken Wilber, and many others, in order to provide a more comprehensive and integral approach to spirituality (yes, we talk a great deal about our 'shadows', sexuality, quantum physics, ethics, and topics most people would consider taboos)
- We are open to all ages, races, sizes, classes, genders, and sexual orientations (straight, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans-sexual and the undecided) . We believe that God loves variety!
- Our services are interactive, and we encourage our members to participate, share and get involved.
- Though I'm an ordained New Thought/Metaphysics minister, most people prefer to call me 'archangel'. My approach to teaching is as a facilitator or a 'guide on the side', and not as a 'sage on the stage'. My intention is that every time you come to service you have an experience, and not believe something just because I said so.
- We send out a weekly email letting you know ahead of time what the topic we'll be exploring is going to be. If you'd like to receive our newsletter please visit this link.
- We collect a love donation at every service & special events to help cover our costs and encourage our members to practice the Law of Circulation.
- Sometimes we host great local and international guess speakers who rock the house with their powerful teachings!
- We're always looking for amazing creative individuals to come and share their musical inspiration with us. If you are one of them please let us know! We would love to have you inspire us!
- We offer classes on Life Visioning, Spiritual Principles and Practices, and Financial Prosperity and Abundance, as well as other events such as Spiritual Juice Fasts, and the Spiritual Movie Circle. For a schedule of our events, classes and workshops please visit our calendar of upcoming events.
